A Shared Feast
End the day with a 5-course Kamayan dinner, where the communal table brings us together. Limited to 500 guests, this unique dining experience features top Filipino chefs and winemakers. Share in a sustainable, no-meat feast served on banana leaves, celebrating tradition and unity.

The Inuman Pavilion
AKA Drinks PavilionHonoring the centuries-old tradition of pairing food with drink, we are celebrating Filipino-owned wineries and distilleries, winemakers, and non-alcoholic drink brands for a vibrant tasting experience, paired with workshops and talks.
The Bukambibig Symposium
AKA Word of Mouth SymposiumPart symposium, part immersive discussions and workshops, the Bukambibig (word of mouth) bring in leaders of thought and practice with focus on education, Filipino-American history, diasporic Filipino culinary history, business and entrepreneurship, agriculture and sustainability as well as wellness and hospitality.
Gawa + Likha Activities
We're providing intergenertaional immersive activities featuring local artists, and culinary educational demos.
The Grand Kamayan Table
In culmination of the festival, we will be setting a record for the longest Kamayan table in California with 500 seated guests featuring the best and veteran Filipinx chefs of the pop-up dining world.
